Guardian angel you have the beauty of a heavenly soul
You watch over us from birth 'till we are old.
You silently observe all the action of every day
You are there too when we kneel to pray.
God has ordained a helper for you to be
To bring us back for his face to see.
Our consciousness is our means of awareness of you
Believing in what God has said to be true.
With faith we will be able to receive our reward
And that is to one day come to rest in heaven,
with you and the lord...
